If you’ve ever felt like the world wasn’t quite designed for you, you’re not alone.
Being neurodiverse means experiencing the world in a way that’s unique to you—whether that’s needing quiet to focus, struggling with unspoken social rules, or feeling deeply overwhelmed by sensory input.

Recently, I’ve been reflecting on how important it is to feel safe to be our true selves – especially when we feel different. For me, music has been a huge part of that journey.
In my 20s, I found my place in a music community that celebrated self-expression and individuality. What I loved most was the message: embrace who you are, think for yourself, and be okay with being different.
That sense of belonging inspired the work I do today – supporting people to shine because they are different.
