What to do with this Message
  1. Sit quietly.
  2. Repeat the message.
  3. Notice your response to it. Does it feel true? What thoughts and feelings come to the surface?
  4. Journal about what came up for you.
  5. Repeat the message aloud several times.

Suggested Activity
We have around over 60,000 thoughts in a day!

Start to become aware of the happy thoughts that you have. Smile each time you catch one!

Taking this to the next level, when you notice a thought that you wouldn't consider a happy one, flip it! You can turn it into a happy one.

One step further is to repeat the flipped (happy) thought out loud. There's so much power in voicing your thoughts.

Journal about your happy thoughts.
